WHY DO I PAY RUSH ORDER FEES?
At most times we are already booked out with jobs in hand and will need to come in early or stay late to get your order completed. The rush order fee is to cover these extra costs. Sometimes we can squeeze in orders and do not charge extra, give us a call at 0468 331 133 to discuss. We are always willing to help when possible.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO COMPLETE?
Our standard production time is 5-10 business days for it to be ready for pickup or to ship out. However, at most times we complete orders much faster. If you need your order at a specific time, please give us a call and we will make sure it will be ready at that time, or we will let you know if it’s not possible.
WHAT PRINT PROCESS WILL YOU USE ON MY GARMENTS?
We offer DTG. DTF, Vinyl, Screen Printing and Embroidery. We choose the print that will work best on the Garment depending on the design and fabric. If you need a specific printing method you can give us a call on 0468 311 133.
HOW DO I WASH MY GARMENT?
A general rule across all kinds of prints is as below:
Do not dry clean printed T-shirts.
Turn printed T-shirts inside out before washing and let them dry inside out.
To maintain the best quality, printed T-shirts should be air dried. Tumble dryers may reduce image quality over time.
Do not use bleach. It may cause discoloration.
Do not iron directly on the printed surface.
Do not use organic solvents, such as alcohol.
Avoid use of fabric softeners
CAN I BRING IN MY OWN GARMENT?
Yes you can.
There are different print methods on different kinds of fabrics, we can advise on cost once we see the fabric. In the unlikely event that there is a misprint or damage during production, we are not liable for any loss and no refund will be provided.
WILL IT BE CHEAPER IF I PROVIDE MY OWN GARMENTS?
In general no, as we buy garments in bulk, we often get our garments at trade prices from our suppliers.
